Return Policy
Our standard policy is not to accept unwrapped, non-damaged or non-defective items due to the nature of the products we sell and anti-piracy concerns. You may return unopened items within 30 days of receipt of your order for a credit or refund of the cost of the items. Shipping is non-refundable and insurance or tracking is advised.
A credit will appear on your statement within one to two billing cycles. If you paid by check or purchase order, you will receive a refund check in the mail within 4 to 6 weeks. If an item is returned damaged no credit will be issued, so please use appropriate packing material. Please include your packing slip and return unopened items USPS to:
