Then he demonstrates full out one LONG routine which includes loads of fun moves like the Alpha, Glide, Top Roc, Six Step, Dropbeat and Harlem Shake. If you are interested in some street moves, there are many moves you can pick out of this routine to use on the dance floor. If you are a performer or choreographer, here is a great routine for your next stage performance. A full 60 minutes, Gregg does a great job demonstrating slow with his back to the camera. Rated at a low intermediate level, but when performed full out, could be an advanced level.
