Please deliver CDs (minimum order is 100 CDs) to the above address.  My organization will be charged $5.00 per CD plus shipping and handling.  I understand that if I pay prior to shipment, the order will be discounted by 5%.  Otherwise, I will have 60 days to sell the product before payment is due.  Payment is by check or purchase order only.  I will be contacted prior to shipment to confirm my order and receive a quote for shipping and handling charges.  My order will be shipped via Fed Ex Ground.
